What We Do
We champion gender and disability inclusion through research, training, and strategic partnerships.Â
To bring this vision to life, we do the following:
- Conduct gender and disability-focused research, including needs assessments, baseline studies, and impact evaluations.
- Develop evidence-based reports, case studies, and best practice guidelines.
- Facilitate participatory research involving women and persons with disabilities.
- Review existing policies to assess their alignment with gender and disability inclusion standards (e.g., CRPD, SDGs).

- Build capacity of organizations to implement and monitor disability-inclusive practices.
- Conduct workshops for community sensitization and awareness on disability rights.
- Evaluate physical, digital, and communication accessibility in schools, workplaces, and public spaces.
- Provide tailored recommendations to enhance accessibility in line with global standards.
- Support the implementation of assistive technologies and adaptive tools.
- Design and implement campaigns to promote disability inclusion at community, national, and regional levels.
- Collaborate with media to amplify the voices of persons with disabilities.
- Host events and forums to engage stakeholders on inclusive development.
- Facilitate multisectoral collaboration among governments, NGOs, private sector, and disability organizations.
- Provide strategic advice on forming and maintaining effective partnerships.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders to foster joint advocacy and initiatives.
- Develop MEL frameworks that integrate disability inclusion indicators.
- Conduct regular monitoring to ensure inclusive practices are sustained.
- Share lessons learned to inform future programming and policy.
- Offer expert guidance on inclusive project implementation and management.
- Support organizations in meeting global disability inclusion standards.
- Provide mentorship and coaching for inclusive leadership.
